SLV does not charge to play high school sports. That credit goes to an active booster club and an amazing community of coaches and parents who work very hard to fund athletics and other after school programs.

You can get a 2 for 1 discount, free upgrade or percentage discount on food and non-food items from local participating merchants. The latest deals are found in the Merchant Offer Directory.
Local merchant may join the program in just a few steps. Each participating merchant receives a Search Engine Optimized listing in the Merchant Offer Directory. Once you sign up as a merchant you’ll control your listing and the offer you make available to Cougar Card holders.
This is a win-win program for youth programs and merchants alike. There is no charge to participate. And, unlike other “discount cards”, 100% of the profits stay local to support our youth programs.
