[singlepic id=4 w=320 h=240 mode=watermark float=left]Once again the SLV Softball players, families, and fans participated in our annual fund raising event. Our organization is responsible for handing out t-shirts at the finish line. Our job begins at 6AM and ends at 11:30 AM after the beach is cleaned up. It takes 50-60 volunteers to make each year a success. In exchange for our efforts the Wharf to Wharf committee makes a donation of $2000. The much needed funds are used to purchase equipment.
